Your order total consists of the price of the products in your cart and the shipping & handling charges.
Your final order total for the products in your shopping cart is always displayed at the bottom of your cart. This total includes all charges and is the amount you pay when you complete your order.
Once you have placed an order, you may check your order status using the Order Status page. To access this page, you must provide your order number and your order key. They can both be found in the confirmation email sent after your order was placed.
At the bottom of the Order Status page, you'll find the status of your order. The possibilities are:
Some of our products go out of stock from time to time. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict exactly when the products will return to stock. However, with most of our products that are listed as out of stock on our web site, it is very likely that we will get additional stock within a few days.
If you want to be informed when a product returns to stock, please sign up for a Product Notification. You will be alerted via email the moment the product becomes available for purchase again. Please note that you have to be a registered user of Navrang to use this feature.
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, or check or money order, or PayPal. We do not accept payment by any other method, including other credit cards such as Discover, purchase orders or CODs. All payments must be made in US dollars.
Visa/MasterCard: Credit card is the quickest, easiest, and most popular way to pay for your order. We have taken many measures to ensure your security when paying by credit card. All billing addresses are verified before shipment. "Navrang" will appear on your credit card statement.
PayPal: PayPal is a popular online payment service. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your order using PayPal. Should you choose this method, you will be provided a link to the PayPal web site where you can complete your payment after you place your order.
Check/Money Order: We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders. You will receive an e-mail that provides payment details after you complete your order. Checks should be made payable to "Navrang Inc." and mailed to "Navrang Inc., 507 Seminole Dr., Blacksburg, VA 24060, USA."
Payment information for an order you placed is available on the Order Status page near the bottom under the heading "Payments." All the payments associated with your order are displayed here.
Pending: This payment is pending. It has not yet been received or it is being processed.
Success: The payment has been completed successfully.
Cancelled: This payment has been cancelled. It may have been a duplicate payment or cancelled because another payment was made.
Declined: Your credit card was declined or there was an error in entering the credit card information. Note that entering a credit card other than a Visa/MasterCard/American Express, will come back as declined.
If you would like to change the method of payment for a particular order, please click the "Make Payment" link below the "Payments" table on the Order Status page. Your previously pending payment will be cancelled once your new payment is completed.
All of the products we sell are brand new.
Yes. We make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. If any products in your order are damaged or missing, we will replace them at our expense or provide a partial/complete refund. We require that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you need to return any items.
In case, you (the buyer) wants to return any item for having changed his/her mind, please do write to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. On hearing from you, we will provide to you a return address in US and would request you to return at the given address at your expense, using tracking service. Within a few days of the item been received at our return address, the money will be refunded via the same channel as the payment was made. We request to return unused, properly packaged and intact items to us to enable us to process your refund asap. Thanks for your understanding.

Credit card and PayPal orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped within two or three business days. Once shipped, it takes an average of 5 - 10 business days for your order to reach you.
We do not ship to P O Box / APO addresses. However, we may ship to P O box address, if we get a contact email id and phone number to be provided to courier company.
